1. Data we collect. Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, your profile name, email and game progress are stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase) to enable backup and global rankings.

2. Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (levels completed, features used). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

3. Advertising. The game shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID to show relevant ads. In the EEA/UK you will be asked for consent (Google UMP). You can remove ads via the in-game purchase or Premium subscription.

4. Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details.

5. Notifications. Push notifications are optional and can be turned off any time in Settings or your device settings.

6. Children. The game is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Ads served to child audiences are configured as child-directed where required (COPPA).

7. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA). You may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting the app removes all local data; signed-in accounts can be deleted on request.

1. License. Travel Match-3: World Discovery is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game.

2. Virtual items. Coins, gems, boosters and Premium are virtual items with no real-world value. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or the app store's refund policy.

3. Subscriptions. Premium renews according to the period purchased through the App Store / Google Play. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings. Prices may change with notice.

4. Fair play. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or attacking our services may result in progress reset or account suspension.

5. Availability. We may update, change or discontinue features (levels, events, prices) at any time to improve the game.

6. Liability. The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer protections apply.
